About the deal
About Unifametro
Unifametro is a university center in Fortaleza founded in 2002, with campuses in Fortaleza and Maracanaú, a distance education center in Caucaia, 8,100 students and 23 on-campus programs with emphasis on health and law, and Institutional Concept 5.
About Yduqs (YDUQ3)
Yduqs (YDUQ3) is a higher education group with 1.4 million students and the brands Estácio, Ibmec, IDOMED and Wyden, already present in Ceará.
Transaction rationale

Transaction value
R$62 million, and may reach a total consideration of about R$280 million with the earn-out linked to the approval of medical-school seats.
