What it helps you understand
- Where schools and groups are located and how they are distributed by municipality and state.
- Total and segment-level enrolment, number of campuses and operating structure.
- Links between school, operating legal entity, holding entity, group and known shareholders.
- Municipal demographic context and catchment-area potential, always with explicit assumptions.

Methodology
- Public datasets are related through official keys: the INEP code for schools, company registration numbers and their root for legal entities, and the IBGE municipal code for territory.
- Links and inferences record the source, the rule applied and a confidence level.
- Inferred classifications and links go through human review where applicable.
- JK Capital's contribution is not access to the data, which is public, but its organisation, classification, cross-referencing and reading.
Limits of interpretation
- The profile represents catchment-area market potential; it does not measure teaching quality, tuition, brand or the actual income of families.
- Registered capital and company size band must not be presented as revenue.
- Shareholder age bands do not prove that a succession process is under way.
- K12 is a research and intelligence tool, not a CRM, a prospecting ranking or an automated commercial recommendation.
