JK Capital was ranked Excellent by Leaders League in two categories of its 2027 Brazil ranking: M&A Mid-Upper Cap and Debt Capital Markets.
Founded in 2011, JK Capital has completed more than 100 transactions totalling over R$ 6 billion, involving companies and investors from 17 countries and markets.

JK Capital has appeared in the annual Leaders League editions since 2021, according to publicly available rankings. Over this period, it has received leading classifications in M&A, including Highly recommended, Excellent and Leader.
From 2025 onwards, JK Capital's Debt Capital Markets practice also joined the research. After initially appearing in the category's mapping, the firm was ranked Excellent in DCM in the 2026 and 2027 editions.
