Independence, closeness and purpose since 2011
JK Capital was born from the union of professionals with experience in private equity funds, banks and financial boutiques. Founded in 2011, the firm was created to offer independent, close and client-tailored financial advisory.
The name JK Capital was inspired by the motto “fifty years in five”, associated with Juscelino Kubitschek and his Goals Plan. This reference permeates the company’s culture and translates into a combination of long-term ambition, sense of urgency, execution discipline and integrity.

Partner at JK Capital, Daniel Damiani has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions and private equity, with a track record across education, logistics, healthcare, retail and food.
Before JK Capital, he worked at Banco Safra, UBS and BTG Pactual, as well as in Pátria Investimentos' private equity funds.
He holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of São Paulo (USP).
