Pedro Seidenthal

Partner at JK Capital, Pedro Seidenthal has nearly two decades of experience in M&A, private equity, corporate finance, strategy and management.

He has worked across agribusiness, education, healthcare, logistics, distribution, retail and industrial sectors, with experience at Pátria Investimentos, Opty, Axia Agro, Cogna Educação, Magnesita, Nexa Resources and Bunge. Throughout his career, he has led consolidation theses, acquisition processes, financial transformation agendas and executive teams, including serving as CFO.

He holds a degree in Production Engineering from the University of São Paulo (USP), a postgraduate degree in Financial Management from Insper and an Executive MBA from IESE Business School.
