Controlled by Pátria Investimentos, SuperFrio is the main operator of refrigerated logistics in South America, present in nine states and expanding to RJ, PE and CE.
Transaction rationale
The operation concludes the full control of Austral by SuperFrio after the stake acquired in 2020, consolidating the company's presence in the Northeast.
