Sequoia (SEQL3), an investee of Warburg Pincus, completes its IPO in the Novo Mercado and enters the less-than-truckload freight segment, doubling in size with the pandemic.

Direcional Transportes e Logística specializes in e-commerce of heavy products (white line and the like), operating in the South and Southeast.

This is Sequoia's first acquisition after the IPO and aims to reinforce the e-commerce of bulky items, within the promise of 12 acquisitions made to investors.
