About Frenet
Frenet (Lithium Software) is a logtech founded in 2015 that integrates e-commerce sites with carriers: more than 80 connected platforms and ERPs, 14,000 active sellers, 60 million monthly quotes and gross revenue of R$4.3 million in 2020 (+82%).
Transaction rationale
This acquisition aims to serve micro, small and medium sellers — an addressable market of 1 million merchants — in synergy with Sequoia's SFx platform.
