Multi (MLAS3) acquired the exclusive master distribution rights for Sennheiser products in Brazil from CMV Audio.

CMV Audio Group has been Sennheiser's national partner in Brazil for more than a decade and, with the operation, becomes the brand's Regional Partner for Latin America, except Mexico.

Grupo Multi (MLAS3, ex-Multilaser) is a manufacturer of consumer electronics and distributor of brands such as DJI, Targus, Chicco and Toshiba, and seeks to diversify into premium and corporate segments.

This operation is part of Sennheiser's regional reorganization: Multi assumes import, logistics, inventory and commercial management of the Audio Professional and Business Communication divisions in Brazil, while Daniel Reis, CMV partner, and part of the team migrate to Multi to ensure technical continuity.
