Watts Mobilidade Elétrica is a startup founded in 2018 that operates as a two-wheeled electric vehicle manufacturer, with seven own stores and 15 dealerships in 10 states and in the DF, models approved by Denatran (such as the W125 motorcycle) and founder Rodrigo Gomes ahead.
Transaction rationale
This acquisition aims to take Multilaser to electric mobility and double its portfolio, transferring Watts production to Manaus and making it the first 100% electric vehicle manufacturer in the Free Trade Zone; the store-within-a-store model crosses the points of sale of Watts and Atrio.
