About Inspirali / Ânima (ANIM3)
Inspirali, a medical education subsidiary of Ânima Educação (ANIM3), is one of the main medical education ecosystems in the country and has already integrated IBCMED and MedPós.
Transaction rationale
This acquisition seeks to accompany the student from undergraduate to residency, in a funnel of about 60,000 doctors trained per year for 25,000 vacancies; EMR complements Inspirali's graduate and preparatory portfolio.
Transaction value
R$38 million (total consideration, including R$13 million of capital contribution).
