Grupo Salta acquired 100% of Colégio Antares.

Colégio Antares is a basic education network in Fortaleza with 28 years, 10 units and about 5,000 students, born as a preparation for Colégio Militar and recognized for results in entrance exams, competitions and Olympics.

Grupo Salta is the largest basic education network in Brazil, with about 170,000 students, more than 200 schools and projected revenues of R$3 billion in 2025, with Warburg Pincus, Gera Capital (Lemann) and Atmos as shareholders.

This acquisition marks Salta's entry into the Ceará market and the resumption of acquisitions after two years of restricted credit; the founders Ênio Silveira and Ênio Silveira Filho remain in management, become members of the group and integrate the Regional Council, with a pedagogical proposal maintained.
