About Comerc Energia
The Comerc Energia Group has been operating for more than 20 years in commercialization, generation and energy efficiency, with about 4,700 consumption units and net operating revenue of R$4 billion in 2022; its own telemetry (Zordon) has about 14,000 contracted points.
Transaction rationale
This acquisition aims to consolidate Comerc's position in telemetry and automation for energy efficiency, adding Gestal's 67,000 points to Comerc's 14,000 and expanding its customer base; Gestal is integrated into Comerc Efficiency.
