Atlas Governance acquired 100% of Precisão-i.

Precisão-i is a Rio-based startup founded in 2020 by Enrique Pessôa and Katia Pfeifer, specialized in digitizing shareholder meetings, with clients such as Petrobras, Vale, Embraer, Eletrobras and BRF and more than R$10 million billed.

Atlas Governance is a corporate governance software startup with about 40% of B3 companies in its portfolio, more than 700 companies and 30,000 directors served in six countries, and R$50 million raised from Volpe Capital and DSK Capital.

This acquisition offers Atlas a shortcut to enter the digital assembly market and expand into funds, cooperatives, associations and issues such as CRI and CRA; payment is made in three installments (cash, 12-month earn-out and shares).
