Transaction rationale
This acquisition aims to expand Triple Play in Minas Gerais, densify the São Paulo cluster and enter Bahia: the group now has 400,000 subscribers, six states, 8,000 km of fiber, 1.1 million covered homes and 1,800 employees, on the eve of the IPO.
