Vision One acquired Oftalmos Hospital da Visão.

Oftalmos is one of the main ophthalmology centers in Santa Catarina, founded in Itajaí in 2002 by doctors Andresson Figueiredo, Gustavo Lima and Paulo Ferreira (doctoral colleagues at McGill), with a unit in Balneário Camboriú since 2009 (with Fernando Ramalho), 70 employees and more than 140,000 procedures and care in 2022.

Vision One is a national network of centers of ophthalmological excellence founded in 2020, which with the operation reaches the South region for the first time.

This operation marks Vision One's entry into the South with a highly complex asset; for the founders, it seeks to accelerate growth and access to technology, with a decision supported by conversations with the network's medical partners.
