The Center for Advanced Ophthalmology (COA) has been operating for more than 20 years in Belo Horizonte, founded by four physicians, with about 15 ophthalmologists, more than 80 employees and its own surgical center, a pioneer in Minas in laser cataract surgery.
About Vision One
Vision One is one of the largest ophthalmic hospital networks in Brazil, bringing together brands such as H.Olhos (SP), Santa Luzia (Recife), HOF (Florianópolis), IOBH (BH) and Vilar (Teresina).
Transaction rationale
This operation aims to reinforce the network in Belo Horizonte with a local reference asset, standardizing protocols and sharing technology and continuing medical education.
