NotreDame Intermédica (GNDI3) acquired Hospital do Coração de Londrina.

The Hospital do Coração de Londrina (Londrina Hospital Group), founded in 2003 by seven health professionals, operates the Paes Leme and Bela Suíça hospitals, with 248 beds (83 ICU), two clinical centers, 700 jobs and revenues of R$135.2 million in 2019.

The NotreDame Intermédica Group (GNDI3), listed on the Novo Mercado, has 26 hospitals and 87 own clinical centers and buys via Clinipam, its Paraná operator, within the strategy of verticalization and growth in the South.

This acquisition creates a platform for the commercial expansion of GNDI in Londrina, with synergies with Clinipam. The amount is paid in cash, net of debt and a holdback for contingencies. The operation is subject to approval by Brazil’s Administrative Council for Economic Defense (CADE).
