H.Hemo acquired Serviço de Hematologia e Hemoterapia.

H.Hemo, invested by 2bCapital (Bradesco) and Proparco, is one of the largest blood therapy groups in Brazil: more than 18 acquisitions in two years, 32,000 transfusions per month, 250 units in 13 states, 1,400 employees and projected revenues of R$265 million. CEO André Langhi.

The Hematology and Hemotherapy Service is a regional hemotherapy provider that becomes part of the H.Hemo platform.

This acquisition is part of the consolidation of a fragmented blood bank market to face GSH (Rede D'Or), following the consolidation plan designed by JK Capital that attracted investors.
