Grupo Bomix acquired Gráfica Rami.

Grupo Bomix, from Simões Filho (BA), founded in 1996 and chaired by Miguel Rosário, has the largest industrial park of plastic buckets in Latin America (50,000 m²), historical record of sales in August-September 2020 and projected growth of 20% in the year.

Gráfica Rami, from Jundiaí (SP), is 41 years old and is a national leader in In Mold Label labels — a technology it brought to Brazil — and for more than ten years the main supplier of the Bomix Group.

This acquisition aims to vertically integrate Grupo Bomix’s supply chain: it is the first purchase of the group and unites two complementary family companies with combined revenues of around R$600 million and more than a thousand jobs; Rami continues to operate independently.
